Opening hours Monday 8am-midnight Tuesday 8am-midnight Wednesday 8am-8pm Thursday 8am-8pm Friday 8am-8pm Saturday 8:30am-4pm Sunday 12pm-midnight GP Appointments Emergencies -The safest way to receive emergency care is to call triple zero (000) or present directly to your nearest hospital emergency department. -If you present at the surgery we will provide emergency care with the limited medications and equipment that we have available on-site until an ambulance arrives Face to Face & Telehealth (New and existing patients) Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday Fees: Billed in 5-minute increments. Fees vary depending on the doctor seen & range from $81-110 for a standard <15min appointment Bookings: 4933 2622 or online via Hotdoc Appointments are reserved each day for patients who are acutely unwell. These appointments are made available daily and can be booked online from midnight. After Hours Telehealth Appointments (Existing patients only) Hours: -5:00pm-8:30am weekdays -24h on weekends and public holidays Fees: -5:00pm-10pm $175 -10pm-7am $300 -7AM-8:30AM $175 Bookings: 4933 2622 (after 5:30pm select Option 1). Urgent Home visits (Existing patients only) Hours: - 5:00pm-8:00am Monday-Friday - 24h on weekends & public holidays Fees: - before 10pm $500 - 10pm-7am $650 - after 7am $500 Bookings: 4933 2622 (after 5:30pm select option 1)
Interpreter servicesFree interpreting services can be arranged if you are not fluent in English or use AUSLAN.
Script & referral requests For your convenience, repeat scripts and referral renewals can now be requested and paid for online.Scripts can be sent via SMS, collected, posted to you or emailed direct to your pharmacy (contact reception if your preferred pharmacy is not listed).Referrals can be collected or faxed direct to the specialist's rooms.
ParkingThere are 20 car spaces directly in front of the surgery that are reserved for patients who can't walk the 250m from the rear car park which has a further 55 car spaces. To exit the rear car park you need to enter a 4 digit code which is contained in the SMS confirming your appointment. If you have difficulty exiting the car park call reception on 4933 2622.
