She is passionate about providing woman centred care and feels privileged to be able to walk with women and their families on their individual journey of parenting. After completing her midwifery training in Melbourne, Rebecca and her husband moved to Newcastle where she continued her midwifery career before having 3 children of her own. Rebecca loves to work within her community, hang out at the beach and explore different regions of this beautiful country we are lucky enough to call home.

She is mindful that these solutions need to be sensitive to the needs of both women and their babies and take into account the needs of the broader family. Sally is currently offering a home visit based service.

Dr John Chiang General Practitioner Website ABN: 86193764232 John graduated form the University of NSW in 1987 and gained his Fellowship in General Practice in 1995. 2017 marked 30 years of medical practice and John is looking forward to many enjoyable years of practice still to come. John has worked rurally and regionally for 28 years, appreciating the people, community and variety of medicine that cities such as Maitland offer. He enjoys playing jazz piano, musicals and reading history and keeps fit with regular running, cycling, bushwalking (sometimes whilst playing golf!) and windsurfing.

She returned to the Hunter in 2012 where she completed her General Practice training and then undertook further training to become an Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor.
