You and your family can now all rapidly access mental health care.
GP and psychologist appointments are now available within 48h (Mon-Fri) for urgent mental health conditions.

If your medical history is not already on file, or it is likely to outdated, please complete this form . Reception will then contact you to book an appointment.
In an emergency, or if you are an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, please call an ambulance on triple zero or attend your nearest emergency department.
